Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
